Chicken Riggies Showdown!
Rachel Ray just did an episode with Chicken Riggies. For those of you who do not know what Chicken Riggies are, they’re essential Central New York Cuisine (Where Matt is from). I had never had them before I met Matt, but they are served at most restaurants around Ilion, and his mother makes a great Chicken Riggie dinner. Now I love them. I even gave the recipe to co-worker who made it for her fiancé and he went crazy for it. It was reported on the local news in Utica, so I went to Food Network’s website to see Rachel Ray’s recipe. She added all sorts of things that are not usually in Chicken Riggies and forgot the olives. I would like to have a Chicken Riggies Showdown; Rachel Ray’s recipe verses my mother in law’s recipe. Who’s up for it? Someone can make Rachel’s and I’ll make the original–Then we’ll need lots of taste testers

I believe it would be Matt’s DAD that makes the awsome riggies!
